CasaBubble must obtain full payment for the products at the order time or prior to shipment. All online or normal orders are pre-paid via PayPal’s Secure Site at info@CasaBubble.com, or by bank/wire transfer or check. If your paymen tis done online, you must pay the appropriate fees as set out in this online store on the site by credit or debit card using the PayPal system. If you can access to PayPal through this site and, by agreeing to these Terms, you agree all payments in relation to our products shall be made through PayPal. You are no longer required to open a PayPal account to complete your credit card transactions. It takes only a couple of minutes to complete your payment. Upon completion of your order, you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm the mode of delivery. You will then receive your invoice from CasaBubble.
You confirm that the payment card for your PayPal order is yours and there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover any charges you are liable for under these Terms.
Subject to any obvious error, the description and price of the pieces will be as quoted on the web site. All payments under these Terms shall be in US Dollars.

Our prices are in US Dollars. They are subject to changes without notice. At CasaBubble® we make every effort to avoid mistakes but CasaBubble® reserves the right to make any correction at anytime, without notice for errors correction or manufacturing costs adjustments.
Applicable taxes, shipping and other charges or Duties are extra and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We require from our retailer or distibutor to follow as well as possible the «manufacturer retail suggested prices» from CasaBubble®.
For the selected distributors, CasaBubble® also proposes drop-shipping, with no extra fees.
The freight costs are only valid for 5 days from the quotation.
CasaBubble® reserves the right to update the freight fee and eventually to charge and invoice the extra cost before the shipment.
We ship to the USA, US Islands, Canada and international. Our european inventory, is also available to deliver your overseas clients.

Shipping and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after production and after the receipt of payment if available on inventory and are shipped usually with UPS Ground Standard or air freight if required, with tracking and drop-off with or without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before confirming your order and inform us for choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and/or measurements of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect our fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Shipping cost will be shown on the web site when you will confirm your order. Damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by CasaBubble is responsibility of the carrier. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. You must notify CasaBubble within 24 hours of the time of delivery if you believe any part of your purchase is missing or damaged.
National Return Policy
CasaBubble trusts you will be very pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any new, unused and undamaged item, contact us within 3 days of receipt the product for a prior written approval and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please return the item(s) unused, undamaged in its original packaging within 7 business days of receiving authorization before it expires. A return with an expired RMA will not be accepted. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the package and returned to us. Please note that any package without a valid RMA number marked on the box will be refused and returned to the sender at customer’s own expense and/or additional restocking fee of 50% will be charged. All return must be accompanied by the original bill of sale. Please, e-mail to us, at info@CasaBubble.com and we will be glad to give you the delivery address. This Return of Merchandise is subject to the following limitations :
1- Each return must be in the original packaging, unused and in a perfect sellable condition. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by you and/or your relatives or any animal to any of the items. We cannot honor returns or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used or is not in its original new condition and pakaging.
2- Shipping must be done with an express carrier as UPS or FedEx to limit the parcel transit time and avoid any damage due to long time transit exposure. CasaBubble cannot refund the shipping charges. Shipping charges for returned merchandise is the purchaser’s responsibility. We do not charge any re-stocking fees.
3- If your order is not arrived after 7 days following the normal indicated delivery time on your order, you must contact us, at info@CasaBubble.com. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
4- If a merchandise is damaged during the transit time, CasaBubble reserves the right to request from the purchaser proof by pictures of the damages.
5- CasaBubble does not accept returns on customized and personalized pieces and on discounted or sold as is items.
6- Return(s) may be exchanged for store credit only. Store credits will not include the shipping costs of the next order.
Please send back the parcel/box insured, keep your receipt and be advised that until there is proof that we have received your returned merchandise, it is your property. CasaBubble is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
